Shauna is a wife, mother of 3 kids, a senior project manager, and a writer. She shared a heartfelt message about racism and her son on Facebook that inspired this episode. Shauna sat down with us and shared her wonderful story about adopting her African-American son Kyler.... He was only 5 yrs. old when he first experienced racism. Listen as she tells their story.
