Jenni is a married mother of 4 daughters that has
lived in the Boise area for 16 years minus a 15 month trip around
the country with her family in an airstream. She has a passion for
being active in the outdoors such as trail running, mountain biking
and skiing. She has had a variety of jobs including owning a custom
picture framing business, being a case manager for refugees and now
currently as a health coach.
Jenni shares about her struggle with depression
over a 20 year period, how she was able to pull out of it and how
that lead to her new career as a Functional Medicine health coach
where she helps people improve their mental and physical health
through lifestyle changes. She shares with us a list of things you
can do right now to start feeling better and how you can support
